Get to Know Us
Our coach, Jonathan Lisseter, is an experienced club racer with multiple championships to his name. Benefitting from over 25 years of motorsport experience, from karting to circuit racing, he has a passion for improving driver performance. From mindset to on-track performance Jonathan is able to teach competitive drivers the specific personal and professional skills to perform at a higher level.

I started the MA7DA championship in 2024 with zero racing experience, and working with Jonathan Lisseter over the past year has been absolutely transformative. He guided me through the steep learning curve of racing wheel-to-wheel, always with a calm, clear, and confidence-building approach.
By the end of my first season, I’d gone from complete a novice placing top 20 finishes, to fighting at the front of the grid. We scored a podium in the wet at Mallory Park, came close to another at Silverstone, and I finished the season P6 overall—highest-placed rookie of the year.
Jon’s support on race weekends is second to none. His prep is meticulous, with detailed track maps and thoughtful corner-by-corner guidance. He also brings a unique coaching style, using mindfulness and visualisation techniques that really helped me stay focused and calm under pressure.
